I never think that cooking vegan restricts me in my creativity in the kitchen. But sometimes it gets a little bit difficult. Because I love to make vegan versions of vegetarian recipes and especially cream sauce recipes are sometimes tricky. Furthermore, I am not a big fan of soy products. I just don’t like the taste o fit. I remember it like yesterday when I tried vegan curd cheese. Bäh… not good. So I was really happy when I read somewhere that you can make vegan sour cream with pine nuts. I tried it and I liked it. So I would like to share that with you.
