Unfortunately there is a sad story behind this delicious vegan chocolate tarte. While I was baking this tarte I received the message that our beloved dog is very sick and probable I won’t see him again. Fortunately he fellt better after a few days so during my summer vacation I could spend a lot of time with him.
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)
Preheat oven to 350º F / 180 ° C.
Mix all dry ingrediens in a large bowl. Add almond milk and rape seed oil and and mix together until well combined. Line a round cake pan (18 cm) with baking paper. Pour mixture into prepared cake pan Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
