Mango-Curry Spread

Ingredients (serves 5)

100 g sunflower seeds
250 ml water
½ papaya
½ mango
¼ apple
1 tbsp balsamic
½ tsp curry powder
3 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5 tbsp sunflower oil
salt and pepper


Cook the sunflower seeds together with the water for 10 minutes gently. Peel and core the apple. Peel the mango and papaya and cut the flesh  into little pieces.

Blend the sunflower seeds together with the apple, mango, papaya, balsamic, curry powder, lemon juice and sunflower oil. Add some salt and pepper.
