baked sweet potato falafel balls

Süßkartoffel Falafeln vegan

Ingredients (serves 2)

450 g sweet potato
1 tbsp olive oil
260 g chickpeas (can or cooked)
100 g gram flour
1 tbs ground cumin
1 tbs garam masala
1 garlic glove
½ bunch parsley
salt and pepper

 

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Peel the sweet potato and slice the sweet potato. Put sweet potato slices on a baking sheet (with baking paper) and bake them for 30 minutes.

Place all of the ingredients into a food processor, and pulse until the ingredients are combined. Scoop falafel balls and place them directly onto the baking sheet (with baking paper). Bake for 30 minutes.
