Vegan Pancakes

IMG_5123Ingredients (serves 2)

100 g wholemeal spelt flour
50 g ground oats
3 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tsp raw cacao powder
½ tsp baking powder
150 ml almond milk
1 tbsp coconut oil



In a large bowl, sift together the flour, oats, sugar, cacao powder and baking powder. Add the almond milk to your mixture and mix until smooth.

Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat.

Pour or scoop the batter onto the frying pan. Brown on both sides and top the pancakes with fruits and chocolate sauce.
