I can’t remember that my mother ever made potato dumplings (in Germany called Schupfnudeln). I usually ate them at the Octoberfest with sauerkraut. Mhmmm yummy! Well, I love everything which includes dough. So of course, a recipe for potato dumpling must be on the blog. And because I have sweet tooth it needs to be a sweet version. A few weeks ago, a very close friend of mine got married. And what do you do at weddings? Of course, eating! And because I liked the main course: vegan curry with green asparagus and plums so much I had to cook it. It doesn’t taste completely like the original recipe. But it is very close. Actually, the course was served with tofu. But because I hate tofu I didn’t eat it and of course, I didn’t include it in this recipe. What do you think about tofu? Delicious or disgusting?
